DIY Travel Itinerary : 7 Days and 6 Nights in Singapore

With a bit of planning, a Do-It-Yourself Singapore tour can be fun. Here’s my own DIY Travel itinerary  which you may use ‘as is’ or adapt for an enjoyable time in Singapore.  I have organized the itinerary by theme into a ‘day’ and it’s possible to mix and match, according to your inclination and schedule.

7 DAYS and 6 NIGHTS ITINERARY:

Day 1:  ARRIVAL IN SINGAPORE

Day 7: LITTLE INDIA

This can change based on your spending habits. I’m only sharing so you have a ballpark figure of how much to prepare here although I strongly recommend that you pad this with much allowance to be on the safe side.

TRAVELER’S NOTE:

  • English language is  widely used in Singapore. But still you should go to the tourism office and get an English map.
  • All the attractions tickets are valid for at least a month, some as long as 3 months. You may use the tickets on any dates so long as not to exceed the expiry date.
  • Take the MRT and buy the EZ link card.
  • Eat at hawkers place.
  • Water in Singapore is generally considered safe to directly drink, save some cash by bringing one bottle and just refill it.
